I am not going to write a lot about this week I do not have a lot to say. There was another good turnout. The weather was cold but not too bad. There was little wind and the rain stayed away. Bob was our leader, the destination the shire horse centre. The usual turnout was there. I have now mostly forgotten what happened. Suffice to say that things were a bit silly on the way down. Lots of attacking on hills, and not re-grouping at the top. A little too eager a this time of year.
As usual this caused things to break up on the way home and we ended up with two groups. Again as I have said before I am taking it easy at the moment so I made up part of the second group who cursed those who were picking the pace up while those of us not so fit or on fixed struggled. I did not really enjoy this ride as I was hoping to be able to chat with my friends on these end of year rides. There was much grumbling by those at the back about what those at the front were trying to achieve.
Hopefully thing will improve soon.
